The Project
Construction of a new ASDA store adjacent to an existing store in West Yorkshire.
The Challenge
ASDA use a range of standardised plans for their stores, but changes were necessary to accomodate the sloping aspect of this site - without increasing costs.
The Solution
Meller were appointed as cost managers by the Developer, Waystone, to ensure the project came in on budget.
The Benefit
Melelr cost control expertise ensured a successful project on behalf of ASDA and Waystone.
Waystone have used Meller's cost management expertise on several of their large scale projects.

The Project
Extension and new build at the Burnaston plant.
The Challenge
Toyota Burnaston needed to icnrease its production rate and required a new yard and PDI building.
The Solution
Toyota have a very strong environmental policy and this scheme included temporary lakes, drainage and heavy landscaping.
The Benefit
Meller cost control expertise ensured a successful project on behalf of Toyota.
Meller have worked on a variety of extension projects for Toyota at both the Burnaston plant and the engine factory at Deeside. These other schemes included dispatch areas, pre-delivery inspection, general stores, materials handling bays and docking extensions.

The Project
A £17m new development producing a Skills Xchange college in West Yorkshire.
The Challenge
New build college on a developer site with iconic building design.
The Solution
The scheme was masterminded by Waystone, funded by Yorkshire Forward and cost managed by Meller.
The Benefit
An iconic design meant costs needed to be tightly controlled to ensure this build was completed successfully and to budget.
Melelr worked closely with Waystone, the developer on this project, to ensure a successful and cost effective scheme.
