The Project
Development of new IVF clinic and UK headquarters.
The Challenge
Total fit out of a new building to create a new clinical facility with UK Head Office accomodation.
The Solution
Full service project delivering:
- Complete fit out, full clinical and procedure rooms
- Non clinical areas including consulting rooms and waiting rooms
- Laboratories
- Prestigious office accomodations
Meller have completed three IVF clinics for Care Fertility.
We have also worked closely together on feasibility studies for other proposed sites for clinical facilities in London, Birmingham and Ireland.
Meller continue to work closely with Care Fertility.

The Project
Total refurbishment of Cardiology Ward for Nottingham University NHS Trust
The Challenge
Refurbishment took place with live wards above the unit and live Burns theatre underneath.
The Solution
Effective project management and efficient cost management ensure the scheme was delivered within budget.
The Benefit
Seamless delivery of a new Cardiology Ward providing additional staff and patient facilities.
Meller’s healthcare experience is supported by our 15 year relationship with Nottingham University Hospital. Meller was chosen as the healthcare specialist for this refurbishment scheme and have since been retained to follow up up the scheme with development of a Cardiology Angiography Facility.
