Graham Cartledge – Managing Director

Graham leads the Meller team and has over 36 years’ experience in the construction industry.He is an expert Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator and has the ability to guide Clients and schemes through the pitfalls of any construction project, particularly in industrial, commercial, food, brewery, housing, leisure and healthcare sectors.

He has worked on many forms of contract and project types and is able to advise on many procurement and administration methods.Although as Managing Director Graham spends a proportion of his time dealing with strategic issues within the business, he still maintains a “hands on” approach and is involved in several current confidential and high profile projects.

Colin Cox – Director

As a director of Meller, Colin is involved in all aspects of the company. He is intrinsically involved in all our projects.

Colin has over 29 years’ experience in the construction industry and thoroughly understands the requirements from the initial design process, to the final hand-over. Colin has extensive expertise in project management and quantity surveying, particularly within commercial, industrial, retail, housing, food, and healthcare sectors.

Colin also leads our team of Project Managers across all of our projects.

Michael Chrich – Associate Director

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and thoroughly understands the requirements from initial design process, to final handover. Having delivered over £100m in construction value capital projects, Michael has a wealth of experience and expertise with his core skills sitting within the food and drink sector. Michael’s knowledge is supported by his strong Project Management skills and the ability to understand and react to clients challenges.

Rob Wallace – Associate Director

Rob is a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor whose experience has been developed over a wide range of blue chip company projects. He is a able to work independently to provide first class cost management or operate as part of a wider team. Rob has a natural aptitude for combining professional, contractual and effective cost management on a variety of schemes ranging in value from £50K to multi-million pound projects.

Due to Rob’s diverse project expertise, he is able to bring best practice to projects and detailed experience to achieve the most cost efficient and timely resolution to any construction project. Rob runs our extensive Quantity Surveying Department. Rob works to rescue him from a busy home of one lovely wife and triplet girls

Sam Riedy – Business Development

Sam leads Meller’s business development team. She is responsible for all marketing strategy and client relationship activity. Coming from an FMCG background, Sam brings fresh thinking to everything Meller do and helps us stand out from the crowd.

Charlotte McKiernan – Business Development

Charlotte is the voice of Meller. She is the first point of call for the majority of our first dealings with new clients. She develops client relationships and is rather amazing.
