As Managing Director of Meller, Colin is involved in all aspects of the company. He is intrinsically involved in all our projects.
Colin has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and thoroughly understands the requirements of the initial design process, to the final hand-over. Colin has extensive expertise in project management and quantity surveying, particularly within commercial, industrial, retail, housing, food, and healthcare sectors.
Colin also leads our team of Project Managers across all of our projects.
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and thoroughly understands the requirements from initial design process, to final handover. Having delivered over £100m in construction value capital projects, Michael has a wealth of experience and expertise with his core skills sitting within the food and drink sector. Michael’s knowledge is supported by his strong Project Management skills and the ability to understand and react to clients challenges.
Rob is a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor whose experience has been developed over a wide range of blue chip company projects. He is a able to work independently to provide first class cost management or operate as part of a wider team. Rob has a natural aptitude for combining professional, contractual and effective cost management on a variety of schemes ranging in value from £50K to multi-million pound projects.
Due to Rob’s diverse project expertise, he is able to bring best practice to projects and detailed experience to achieve the most cost efficient and timely resolution to any construction project. Rob runs our extensive Quantity Surveying Department. Rob works to rescue him from a busy home of one lovely wife and triplet girls
