Full project management delivering workshops, classrooms, cafe, exhibition facilities, external landscaping and new access road to link the site to road network.
The Benefit
Pre-assessment for BREEAM has awarded this site "Excellent", which is the first site of its kind to be rated this high in the UK.
Idle Valley is the home of the greatest concentration of wildlife in North Nottinghamshire. This scheme had to compliment and enhance its current surroundings.

The Project
Matlock Parks project involved the restoration and improvement of the fice parks which lie along the Derwent Valley.
The Challenge
The restoration works were varied and included specialist refurbishment of many iconic tourist attractions.
The Solution
The project was funded by Heritage Lottery Fund Grant and Meller was employed to ensure the project enjoyed bests spend in order to reach objectives.
The Benefit
Meller's cost management expertise delivered a prestigious regenration project within budget.
Meller worked with Waystone developers on this project to ensure a successful scheme.
