Michael Chrich
Director
Michael has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to final handover. He has successfully delivered capital projects across a variety of roles on both the client and consultant sides, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on project delivery and stakeholder requirements.
Michael brings extensive expertise in managing complex construction projects, particularly within the food and drink sector. His strong project management capabilities, combined with his experience as a Principal Designer and Building Regulations Adviser, enable him to provide practical, compliant, and commercially focused solutions. With a complete understanding of client requirements and the challenges faced throughout project delivery, he consistently drives successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.
Rob Wallace
Director
Rob provides commercial leadership and strategic advice across a diverse range of construction projects. With extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost management and contract administration services, he work closely with clients and Meller’s in-house design team to deliver successful outcomes from inception to completion.
He prides himself on building strong client relationships, offering practical advice and taking a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges. Committed to building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service, he helps clients achieve value while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Matt Church
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction and design industry, Matt brings extensive technical expertise and project leadership across a diverse range of sectors.
He began his career as an apprentice in 2005, progressing to Senior Architectural Technologist during a 15-year career before joining Meller.
Throughout his career, Matt has developed specialist expertise in delivering complex projects across the food and beverage, laboratory, and healthcare sectors. He is passionate about translating design concepts and client requirements into practical, buildable solutions while ensuring quality, effective coordination, and successful project delivery from inception through to completion.

Chris Jennings
Manager of Quantity Surveying Services
Chris has over 18 years' experience providing trusted commercial and quantity surveying advice across the healthcare, laboratory, education, food and drink, industrial, sport and leisure and decarbonisation sectors.
Since joining Meller he has played a key role in growing its Quantity Surveying service, developing new sectors, strengthening long-term client relationships and securing repeat commissions across the UK and Europe.
Chris has particular expertise in delivering complex projects within live operational environments, including hospitals, specialist laboratories and food manufacturing facilities, where maintaining business continuity is just as important as successful project delivery. He is recognised for providing commercially astute advice, helping clients make informed, value-driven decisions that balance time, cost, quality and risk to achieve the best overall outcome.
